@ The Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Engineering Sciences provides safety and health education for new students. Safety and health education covers aspects that correspond to the education common to the school, the education common to all departments, the education unique to the laboratories, and the education that is tailored to the research environment of the individual. New students can begin their research activities after attending all the safety and health education courses, and submitting a greporth and ga written confirmation on safety managementh.

School Safety and Health Education

Brief overview of the purpose of safety education, its necessity, and the educational system will be provided at the Entrance Ceremony Orientation.

Department (Group) Safety and Health Education
(Coordinator: Department Safety Committee, etc.):

Based on the booklet (Safety Guidelines (7.5MB, PDF) edited and published by the school, lectures will be given by specific subjects, i.e., safety and health management, waste material, chemical substances, electronics, machineries, and Network.

Laboratory Safety and Health Education
(Coordinator: Laboratories):
Safety and health education will be provided on aspects specific to the laboratories.
