E-learning has always been a part of higher education learning for several years now. This paper investigates the different personality types of students and their personality preferences. A survey questionnaire was distributed among students of higher learning to investigate and to see the different user interface designs of their liking. The results of the survey were analyzed in detail to find out students’ preferences. This research project has reached its goal of finding and investigating the relationship between human personality types, specifically on the MBTI personality type and user interface designs in electronic learning.
