Visualization for the Transformation of Saudi Universities to Green Human Resource Management

[ABSTRACT ]

This study aims to develop a visualization for the complete transformation of Saudi universities to Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) by identifying possible requirements and challenges. The qualitative methodology was applied by interviewing deans and counselors of human resources units in some Saudi universities. The requirements have been classified into a) general requirements related to policies and orientations of the Saudi Ministry of Education and b) special requirements related to the green human resources dimensions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, and green reward and compensation. The challenges were categorized into organizational, human, financial, and technical.
