[ABSTRACT ]

Supercapattery has the potential to optimize energy and power densities. The availability of silicon and carbon may be one of our concerns. This research is focused on developing anodes based on silicon with 10% Al2O3/AC as a cathode. The electrodes were synthesized using the blending method. The XRD analysis showed diffraction peaks indicating the activated carbon and silicon phases. The absorption functional groups were identified through FTIR characterization. SEM analysis showed that the increasing mass of Al2O3 caused the porosity to increase. The combination of 10% Al2O3/AC//Si/CB supercapattery devices offers superior performance with a specific capacitance of 105.8 Fg-1, an energy density of 46.3 Whkg-1, and a power density of 336.7 Wkg-1.
