    The conference papers of IEICES are published on an annual basis. Since our conference takes place every October at Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan, our annual publication cycle ensures timely dissemination of knowledge and facilitates ongoing academic discourse within the scientific community.

    At IEICES, we prioritize the long-term preservation and accessibility of our conference content. In collaboration with Kyushu University Library, we have implemented a plan for electronic backup and preservation. Our archiving plan includes industry-standard practices for digital preservation, ensuring the integrity and longevity of our conference content. Through our partnership with Kyushu University Library, a trusted repository, we secure the accessibility and availability of our conference proceedings. To facilitate persistent access, we assign unique identifiers such as Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to each paper or publication. This ensures ongoing citability and discoverability of the archived materials. Compliance with international standards and best practices in digital preservation is of paramount importance to us. We strive to maintain accurate metadata, including bibliographic details, author affiliations, abstracts, and keywords, enhancing the discoverability and retrieval of the archived content. While respecting copyright and licensing agreements, we aim to make our conference content as openly accessible as possible, promoting the dissemination of knowledge to researchers and scholars worldwide. Through our collaboration with Kyushu University Library, we assure researchers, scholars, and other interested parties of the reliability and availability of our archived conference materials. The library's infrastructure serves as a dependable platform for referencing, citation, and further research. Our archiving efforts contribute to the scholarly record, emphasizing our commitment to academic excellence and the dissemination of research presented at IEICES
