Call for Papers


  • CSS-EEST invites authors to submit original and unpublished work according to the following notes:

    • - Manuscript template can be downloaded from here.

    - All submitted papers should be written in English.

    - The number of pages for the proceedings of CSS-EEST is limited to two for oral and poster presentations and to four for the keynote lectures.

    - The final manuscript must be transformed into a PDF file and it should be collected at each participating university before sending them as one archive to the conference secretariat.

    - The submission deadline is November 2nd.

    - Submitted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and will be handed out at registration.


  • Presentation Guidelines:

    • - Plenary Lectures: allotted time is 30 min. Please allow approximately 5 min for questions.

    - Oral Presentations: 10 min presentation + 4 min discussion (+ 1 min for speaker change).

    - Pre-poster Short Presentations: 1 min presentation without question.

    - Posters: The size of the poster board is 85cm x 168cm, portrait. The A0 size (84cm x 119cm) is best to fit.
