Registration:

- The list of participants must be sent to KU by 10^th Oct. 2023 with information required for visa application (if necessary).

Registration Fees:

- PNU, SJTU and UTM delegates : Free of charge.

- KU delegates : JPY 8,000 for faculty, JPY 6,500 for students.

- The registration fee covers a book of Proceedings, refreshments during the conference, and the conference materials.

- Due to the limitation of the funding in KU as similar to the previous CSSs in Japan, we apologize that we cannot cover your travel and hotel expenses.

Banquet Fees:

- PNU, SJTU and UTM delegates : Free of charge.

- KU delegates : JPY 4,000 for faculty, JPY 1,000 for students.
