Instructions for Manuscript

    Important notice: Any of the following rule violations will result in automatic rejection of the manuscript.
  • Papers should be at least 6 but no more than 8 pages of text using the word template below.

  • Each author is allowed to submit a maximum of one paper.

  • The manuscript must strictly follow the official IEICES template (100%).

  • All tables and figures must be clear, readable, and properly labeled.

  • The reference style, including both in-text citations and the reference list, must follow the official IEICES format.

  • Plagiarism must be less than 15%.

  • No authors may be added or removed from the manuscript after submission.

  • No changes to the manuscript (title, abstract, main text, author list, etc.) will be accepted after submission.

  • Indicate the presenter by underlining the presenter’s name in the author list.

  • Accepted papers will be published online only if the presenter actually presents the paper during the conference.

  • Manuscript template can be downloaded from here (IEICES_Manuscript_Template.docx).

Instructions for Authors

  • Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register for the conference.

  • All submitted papers (in Microsoft Word) should be written in English.

  • All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 designated reviewers.

  • Acceptance of articles is determined by the editorial committee on the basis of the review conducted by the referees delegated by the editorial committee. The editorial board may reject the paper or request authors for revision of their articles depending on the reviewers' comments.

  • Accepted papers will be published online in the conference proceedings (ISSN: 2434-1436) if the participant makes his/her paper presentation on the conference day.

  • Accepted papers will be published free of charge. .

  • Date of acceptance shall be the date when the members of editorial board have accepted the article. For exact date please see the Important dates.

  • Submitted papers or reviews should follow "Instructions for Manuscripts" which are stated below.
