Instructions for Authors

  • Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register for the conference.

  • All submitted papers (in Microsoft Word) should be written in English.

  • All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 designated reviewers.

  • Acceptance of articles is determined by the editorial committee on the basis of the review conducted by the referees delegated by the editorial committee. The editorial board may reject the paper or request authors for revision of their articles depending on the reviewers' comments.

  • Accepted papers will be published online in the conference proceedings (ISSN: 2434-1436) if the participant makes his/her paper presentation on the conference day.

  • Accepted papers will be published free of charge. .

  • Date of acceptance shall be the date when the members of editorial board have accepted the article. Typically one month after the paper submission deadline. For exact date please see the Important dates.

  • Submitted papers or reviews should follow "Instructions for Manuscripts" which are stated below.

  • Before submission, please see the Publication Ethics - Duties of Authors.

  • Making an oral presentation or poster presentation (if open) without a publication is possible as well, and will be dealt on an individual-request basis.
