1. Treatment about classes and end of the term examination.
- When the Executive Vice President decides that classes cannot be held on all campuses. The Dean of IGSES will cancel all classes on that day and notify this to the students.
- When the Executive Vice President decides that classes can be held on all campuses. The Dean of IGSES will hold classes and other activities for the entire day. However, depending on the situation, measures may be taken in accordance with "3. Other" (1) and (2) of this agreement. In addition, The Dean of IGSES will promptly notify the students not to force themselves to access the campus if they find it difficult to do so due to circumstances around their homes or other reasons even though classes will be held as usual at the time of notification, and to report the situation to responsible professors at a later date.
2. Announcement of the class cancellation.
- The Student Affairs Section shall inform each major.
- The Student Affairs Section shall inform students promptly by Student Portal System or other methods.
- Each major and the Student Affairs Section shall promptly inform responsible professors (including part-time lecturers) in charge of the class on the day by phone and so on.
3. Other
- Actions to be taken after a decision has been made
Even if the Executive Vice President decides that classes and other activities can be held on campus, in case the situation subsequently worsens and the announcement of warnings and so on indicates that students are in danger, classes and other activities may be cancelled at the discretion of the Dean of IGSES. - Actions to be taken after class has started
Classes may be cancelled at the discretion of the Dean of IGSES when it is deemed difficult to continue classes due to the announcement of warnings and other factors. - Relief measures
Considerations shall be given for students who are late or absent at their own discretion based on warnings and so on, or on the status of public transportation not to suffer any disadvantage, at the discretion of the Dean of IGSES or the teacher in charge of the class.
