1. Notification of Internship

If you join an internship, your submission of this document is required* regardless of whether you get credits or not.

*Note that this document will be used for a survey of internship such as JASSO.

1. Program by the Career and Scholarship Support Division, the Student Affairs Department (Job and Career Support Section):

The Career and Scholarship Support Division cooperates with the public organizations and offers the program.


1) Kyushu Regional Council for the Promotion of Internship (Summer Program/ Spring Program)

2) The central government ministries and agencies as well as public organizations

3) Institute University-industry Collaboration Innovation Human Resources Development Council (mainly offered to the graduate students of the science courses)

4) Japan Association of Corporate Executives

5) Others

 

2. Program by the department (IGSES):

The programs are open for the students of IGSES.


e.g.) Toshiba Internship: The Student Affairs Section is in charge.

 

3. Program that students themselves apply to the companies directly.


Some companies and organizations offer the internship programs.

If you join this kind of internship, please follow the instruction (such as requirement, application process) from the company/ organization and take a proper procedure by yourself.

2. Notification of Traveling Overseas

If you go abroad, your submission of this document is necessary* (including a homecoming.)
*Note that this document will be used for a survey of internship such as JASSO.

3. Application of Study Abroad

If you go abroad to study, your submission of this document is required* regardless of whether you get credits or not. In addition to the document, please submit the Notification of Traveling Overseas as well. *Note that this document will be used for a survey of internship such as JASSO.

4. Notification of Change in Name/ Domicile of Origin

If your name as well as your domicile of origin has changed, your submission of this document is required*. Some other documents such as the Notification of Change in Contact Information and official certificate might be needed.

*Some certificate issued at the university will change based on the information on the document.

5. Notification of Change in Contact Information

If your address, phone number or e-mail address have changed, your submission of this document is necessary*. International students need to submit a photocopy of Residence Card if the address has changed.

6. Application for BBQ

If you plan to have a barbecue on Chikushi Campus, you are supposed to submit this document and get permission. After that, you will receive a permit issued from the university and should keep the permit during a BBQ.

7. Application for Multipurpose Sports Field Use [For more than 2 days/ For 2 days]

If you want to use a ground on Chikushi Campus, you are supposed to submit this document and get permission. After that, you will receive a permit issued from the university and should keep the permit during your use of the ground. This application form can be submitted 2 months before the ground use.
