IGSES is committed to the wellbeing and safety of our students and we try to give assistance wherever we can to ensure your university experience in IGSES is a fulfilling, healthy and enjoyable experience.
Studying in a country far from home is exciting but may be challenging and stressful at times. You may have worries about your studies, financial concerns, problems with relationships, difficulties adapting to life here or simply miss your family and friends from back home.
It is important to remember that there are services available to provide you with support if you are experiencing difficulties during your time in IGSES. Please feel free to visit sections listed in the below table.

Safety and Security
IGSES provides safety and health education for all the students.
New students enrolled in IGSES are required to attend a 2-days intensive course for safety training within a week after the commencement. Here is The Safety Book used in the course, which contains information on whom to contact with regard to health and safety and on the hazards and risks commonly encountered in the university.
In addition, practical methods to avoid accidents, how to use various instruments and devices safety, and possible danger will be introduced by academic staff in each laboratory.
Students are not allowed to start their research activities without the completion of the said safety training course and instruction in their laboratories.
